excellent hotel, amazing staff

spacious room stocked fridge delicious breakfast

the hotel is great. people are kind. i even got fresh aloe vera after a sunburn, which i thought was very thoughtful. the rooms are spacious. the mini fridge is always stocked, included in the price. i also enjoyed the 'surprise of the day' button. the scenery is crazy. breakfast is delicious.

the adult pool is great. but one staff member, q, needed more customer service training.

a decent stay

central location great service dirty room slimy floor

the location is convenient. it is central if you want to walk places. the service at the terrace restaurant stood out. bow looked after us so well and she is such a lovely girl, nothing was too much trouble.

sadly our room was not clean. there were hairs in the sink and lipstick on the side. the pool water was cloudy. the seats and floor felt really slimy.

the location provided easy beach access. my room had a complimentary minibar stocked with whiskey, vodka, gin, and other drinks, all refilled daily. i could also order a "surprise of the day" delivered directly to the room daily.
